The number of days on the market (DoM: Days on the Market) is a parameter that measures the relationship between supply and demand in the market. The villa category has been reduced from 25 days to 22 days; the apartment category has increased from 26 days to 27 days; in general, the supply and demand relationship of the housing market and Prices are still skewed towards a seller's market.
